These Terms & Legal Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to begoryshop.com and purchases from BegoryShop, operated by Inkwell Marketing LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the 7-Day Return & Refund Policy.
Store use and eligibility
You may use the site only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must provide accurate, current information and protect any account credentials. You may not interfere with the site, misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, or use content in violation of intellectual-property rights.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, materials, hand-finished details, and normal production variation may cause minor differences in color, texture, dimensions, or finish. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Sacred and devotional items are sold as physical goods; no spiritual outcome, blessing, provenance, or ecclesiastical approval is promised unless expressly stated in the product description.
Prices, payments, and order acceptance
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise. Taxes and shipping, when applicable, are calculated before you submit the order. Payment is processed by the payment method shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not require us to accept or fulfill an order affected by fraud, payment failure, inventory error, pricing error, technical error, legal restriction, or inability to ship. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled amount as required by law.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring tracking information. Risk of loss and title transfer only as provided by applicable law and the carrier arrangement. If shipment will be delayed beyond the promised time, BegoryShop will provide the notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Seven-day returns and final-sale exceptions
Eligible regular merchandise may be returned when return authorization is requested within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery and the item meets the conditions in the 7-Day Return & Refund Policy. Custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, bulk, event-favor, gift-card, used, hygiene-sensitive opened, and explicitly marked final-sale merchandise cannot be returned. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Custom pieces and event favors
Custom, personalized, bulk, and event-favor requests are inquiries until BegoryShop confirms scope, availability, price, quantity, timing, and payment terms in writing. Quotes may expire. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, wording, colors, quantities, and proofs before approval. Changes after approval may be unavailable or may require additional cost and time. Custom and event orders are final sale as described in our policy.
Promotions and site content
Promotions may have separate eligibility, timing, and redemption terms and may be changed or ended where permitted by law. Site text, photographs, graphics, branding, design, and code are owned by BegoryShop, its operator, or licensors and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission.
Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, delivery, and other functions and may link to third-party sites. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. BegoryShop is not responsible for a third party's independent site or conduct, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BegoryShop and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from site use or a purchase. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses caused by your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
Changes, severability, and disputes
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Applicable consumer-protection law and any court with proper jurisdiction govern disputes; nothing here requires a consumer to give up a forum or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
