What is your return policy?
Items in unused, in original packaging and original condition are eligible for returns within 7 days by mail or drop-off in-store with original receipt/electronic receipt lookup. Damaged/defective products may be returned in-store or online. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, not BegoryShop. Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
FINAL SALE
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded with the exception of damaged/defective merchandise.

Returns by Mail:
- Securely pack your item(s).
- Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center.
- Once we have received and validated your returned parcel it will be processed into our system and a notification email will be sent to you. Any refund due to you may take up to 7 business days from BegoryShop’s email to you confirming receipt and validation but our aim is to process refunds within 5 days upon receiving your items at our warehouse.
- All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. It can take up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.
Returns In-Store
• Drop-off at 611 Woodward Ave, Ridgewood, NY, 11385.
•Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to return to the BegoryShop store.
•Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Purchases using PayPal will be issued a gift card.
Exchanges
- We do not accept exchanges by mail. If you require an exchange, please drop-off the items in-store and purchase your desired item(s).
- You may exchange your item(s) at BegoryShop for an item of equal or greater value provided it is available. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore not considered for exchanges.

What is BegoryShop’s exchange policy?

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?
We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our Customer Care team immediately so we can resolve the issue.
How do I cancel an order?
Our goal at BegoryShop is process and ship orders quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.

Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.
